Chipotle - Back To the Start

    Chipotle advertised the moving short film "Back to the Start" by Johnny Kelly. It's a heartfelt visual trip that shows how a traditional pig farm turns into an industrial animal factory and back to the start again. The movie starts on a family farm in the country, where animals are free to roam and the farmer works with the land in a way that doesn't hurt it. The story takes a dramatic turn, though, when the farm becomes more industrialized because of pressure to make more. This shows quiet sadness that says a lot about what these kinds of changes in our food systems mean for society as a whole.

    As the movie goes on, the harsh truths about machine farms become clear. The big difference between how the farm used to be and how it is now with machines is meant to shock and make you think. As part of their commitment to ecological farming, Chipotle chose to back this short film. The message is clear: the decisions that big food companies make have big impacts on far more than just animals and the environment. They also have huge impacts on farming itself.

    Thankfully, the farmer in the movie realizes that his methods are not sustainable and changes back to more moral ways of farming. This epiphany is a metaphor for change and hope. The movie ends on a positive note, which supports the idea that each person can change the food industry by supporting businesses and methods that put sustainable and humane animal care first. This is more than just a movie; it's a call for people to help make the future of our food more sustainable.

    Pretty good 3 new entries for the last GP, Elijah. You have some good ideas and topics, and your writing flows pretty well. Some good visuals. Keep digging into analysis and significance; you are fairly brief. Missing #10.

   Fresh      "Fresh" is an eye opening video that makes us think deeply about where our food comes from. It shows the harsh facts of corporate farming next to the more environmentally friendly ways of small-scale farming. The movie is meant to speak to a lot of people, not just those who care about health or the world. Its tone successfully mixes scary facts about food production with inspiring stories of change, making people think about how the foods they eat affect others.      The movie shows corporate animal farming in a very negative light, while smaller farms do things in a much more positive way. Scenes that show how monocultures hurt the environment and how medicines are used too much are especially eye-opening. Entry #2: Cars n Coffee

       One of my favorite things in the world is cars. On a trip to California with some friends we decided to go to a Cars and Coffee in San Clemente. It was a super cool experience filled with some laughs and supercars. This event was a pretty popular event for car enthusiasts all over California. There were so many cars. If I think about it there was probably 20 rows or more of all types of different cars that spanned different decades and styles.     As we strolled through the rows of cars I could see how big this event was. It attracted all types of different car enthusiasts. There was vintage classics, muscle cars, exotic supercars and a lot of well kept jdm cars. I talked to a lot of owners who were pretty cool and shared a lot of cool stories. My favorite car I saw though was definitely this VeilSide RX-7.
